The nature of questions asked do not qualify as<br \/>\n&#8216;information&#8217; under the RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>Commission issued notices to the party&#8217;s and heard the matter on 10\/10\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nDuring the hearing following persons were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant:\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Kanahiyalal, Asst.
