The respondent no. 8 has<\/p>\n<p>                 been wrongly described as the Mukhiya, Raj<\/p>\n<p>                 Sadhpur    Gram        Panchayat,     Anchal      Sahebpur<\/p>\n<p>                 Kamal, District Begusarai which has resulted<\/p>\n<p>                 in mistake in the name of the party in the<\/p>\n<p>                 order sheet as well as mistake at two places<\/p>\n<p>                 in the order sheet.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           In   the     interlocutory    application      it<\/p>\n<p>                 has been mentioned that respondent no. 8 is<\/p>\n<p>                 the    Mukhiya    of    Gram    Panchayat   Raj    Chauki,<\/p>\n<p>                 Anchal Sahebpur Kamal, District Begusarai.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 The order may also be corrected and<\/p>\n<p>         wherever it has been written as Mukhiya of<\/p>\n<p>         Gram Panchayat Raj Sadhpur, it should be read<\/p>\n<p>         as Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj Chauki.<\/p>\n<p>                 This   modification   application     is<\/p>\n<p>         accordingly, disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Sanjay                        ( Sheema Ali Khan, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Satendra Kr.
