JUSTICE AJAY RASTOGI\n\nMr. Ajay Gupta, for petitioner.\nMr. SN Kumawat, AAG, for respondents.\n\n***\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tApplication has been filed by petitioner to decide the controversy in the light of order of this Court passed in CWP-6758\/2007, Smt. Rashmi Bhatnagar Vs. The State of Rajasthan &amp; ors, decided on 17\/07\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe only grievance which has been raised in the instant writ petition is that the petitioner was appointed on urgent temporary basis under Rule 27 of the Rajasthan Technical Education Service Rules, 1973 on the post of Lecturer (Commercial Art) vide order dated 27\/07\/1994 (Anx.2) and she is liable to be regularized in view of notification dt. 08\/07\/2009 which has come into force with immediate effect.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe same controversy has been decided by this Court in the judgment referred to (supra) dt. 17th July, 2009 which has not been controverted by the respondents&#8217; counsel also.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that the State Government shall consider the case of the petitioner for passing appropriate orders in pursuance to notification dt. 08\/07\/2009 for regular appointment in accordance with the aforesaid rules. Appropriate orders be passed by the respondents in compliance of this order within a period of three months from today.
