Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The      petitioner         is       apprehending          his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in complaint case in which cognizance<\/p>\n<p>                   has been taken under Section 498(A) of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Though         the    impugned            order      reflects<\/p>\n<p>                   that     the       petitioner             had        put        certain<\/p>\n<p>                   conditions         for    reconciliation                 but    it     is<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted that now the petitioner is ready<\/p>\n<p>                   to reconcile the matter without any terms<\/p>\n<p>                   and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering           the       aforesaid          stand    of<\/p>\n<p>                   the    petitioner,        let       the    petitioner,            above<\/p>\n<p>                   named,        be         released              on         provisional<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory        bail        for    six          months      in    the<\/p>\n<p>                   event    of    arrest          or   surrender             before     the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned       court      below        within         a    period       of<\/p>\n<p>                   twelve weeks from today in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   complaint       case       no.        714-C          of      2009      on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing         bail        bond       of    Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>                   Thousand)      with       two       sureties         of     the      like<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        amount    each    to     the    satisfaction       of     the<\/p>\n<p>        learned    J.M.        Ist     Class,    Bettiah,        West<\/p>\n<p>        Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>        down   under     Section     438(2)     of   the   Code   of<\/p>\n<p>        Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Let    the    learned     court     below     issue<\/p>\n<p>        notice    to     the     complainant         and   on     her<\/p>\n<p>        appearance the petitioner will take back the<\/p>\n<p>        complainant to her matrimonial home to keep<\/p>\n<p>        the complainant as wife with full dignity<\/p>\n<p>        and honour.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Let the learned court below confirm<\/p>\n<p>        the provisional bail of the petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>        substantial restoration of conjugal life or<\/p>\n<p>        if the complainant deliberately refuses to<\/p>\n<p>        reside with the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>U.
