2      11.03.2011                 The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2010 in connection<\/p>\n
                    with Sangrampur Police Station Case No 81 of 2010 instituted under<\/p>\n
                    Section 307 and other sections of Indian Penal Code read with the<\/p>\n
                    provisions of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of<\/p>\n
                    Atrocities) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is<\/p>\n
                    case and counter case being Sangrampur Police Station Case No 82 of<\/p>\n
                    2010 and as per the first information report itself, the matter was neither<\/p>\n
                    pre-planned nor pre-contemplated and the incident took place at the spur<\/p>\n
                    of the moment.\n<\/p>\n
                                  Be that as it may, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to<\/p>\n
                    be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n
                    Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                    Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Sangrampur<\/p>\n
                    Police Station Case No 81 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
