JANI, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for\nRespondent(s) : 3, \n=================================================\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 14\/12\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioners has given suggestions in writing<br \/>\nto the learned Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nlearned Government Pleader has placed on record, &#8216;five steps&#8217; which<br \/>\nare taken by the Government authorities in furtherance of the<br \/>\nhumanitarian approach to the persons who are displaced from their<br \/>\nplace of residence.  The same are :\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(1)\tTemporary<br \/>\nstoppage of City Bus Service (VITCOS) has been provided at the<br \/>\ntemporary accommodation site at Gokulpura, Sector-14 on 13\/12\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>(2)\tTo<br \/>\n\ttake care of education of the children residing in the temporary<br \/>\n\taccommodation site, with the consent of the parents total 151<br \/>\n\tchildren have been admitted in the Gokulpura Primary School.  So the<br \/>\n\tissue is taken care of.\n<\/p>\n<p>(3)\tThe<br \/>\n\tarrangement of temporary\/ transitory fair price shop have been made<br \/>\n\tand the respective (FPS) holders are directed to deliver the<br \/>\n\trationing items to the hutment dwellers twice a week at the<br \/>\n\ttemporary accommodation site.\n<\/p>\n<p>(4)\tFood<br \/>\n\tis being provided to the temporary accommodation site.\n<\/p>\n<p>(5)\tMilk<br \/>\n\twith biscuits is being provided in morning to the children on the<br \/>\n\thutment dwellers. Tea is also being provided at the temporary<br \/>\n\taccommodation site.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is kept on 20th December 2010 to enable the learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the petitioners to take instructions from the<br \/>\npetitioners and the learned Government Pleader to take further<br \/>\ninstructions from the Government authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
