Balance in your account was Rs\n                                                       7433.07 on 30.12.2008 and the same was uploaded\n                                                       to the switch at 07:39:16 hours on 31.12.2008,\n                                                       which continued on 1.1.2009 in the switch. In your\n                                                       account there was a system generated debit of Rs\n                                                       5267.89 towards your loan a\/c and a debit of Rs 34\n                                                       towards minimum balance charges. Due to various\n                                                       internal works like interest application etc the\n                                                       balance at ATM switch could not be uploaded on\n                                                       1.1.2009 till the time of your withdrawl. The\n                                                       withdrawl of Rs 7000 was authorized on 1.1.2009\n                                                       at 18:14 hours based on the balance of Rs 7433.07,\n                                                       uploaded on 31.12.2008 at 07:39:16 hours. Since\n                                                       the transaction was treated as an offline transaction\n                                                       done at our Peravallur ATM, transaction amount of\n                                                       Rs 7000 was debited to your SB a\/c\n      How was it possible for the computer system to (a), (b), (c) kindly refer our reply for item no 3 and\n4.    hide this particular entry alone for more than 6 2(d) given above.\n      days and suddenly how it spontaneously\n      surfaced to its memory after 6 days?
