He is now working as the District Leprosy Officer in the Health<\/p>\n<p>Services Department. Prior to joining the Health Services Department,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner had worked as an Assistant Insurance Medical Officer in<\/p>\n<p>the E.S.I. Hospital. The petitioner seeks counting of ESI service also<\/p>\n<p>along with the service in the Health Services Department for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of preparing the seniority list for admission to medical P.G.<\/p>\n<p>course in the Health Services Department. Seeking this relief, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed Ext.P9 representation before the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext.P9 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
