It<\/p>\n<p>is a case where the petitioner was appointed as a High School<\/p>\n<p>Assistant(English) on 07.07.2009. The vacancy was occurred on<\/p>\n<p>relieving of K.A. Chithralekha to join Government Service.<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P2 and P2(a) are the copies of the appointment order of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and proforma to appoint the petitioner. The approval of<\/p>\n<p>the same was rejected by the District Educational Officer by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 order, which was challenged before the Deputy Director of<\/p>\n<p>Education. Ext.P4 appeal was dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Revision petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the<\/p>\n<p>orders declining approval.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader. Learned         counsel for the petitioner for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to take a decision on Ext.P5 within a time frame. There<\/p>\n<p>will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P5, after<\/p>\n<p>hearing the petitioner and the manager within a period of six<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C).No. 890 of 2010          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
