According to Ld. APP, ASI Mr. Thakore<br \/>\nhad informed the respondent no. 7 to remain present before the Court<br \/>\ntoday and she has voluntarily remained present. Upon being asked, she<br \/>\nhas stated that she is major and she does not want to go to the place<br \/>\nof any of the respondent nos. 3 to 6. It was also stated by Ld.<br \/>\nCounsel Mr. P.S. Choudhary, on instructions of respondent nos. 3 to<br \/>\n6,  that respondent nos. 3 to 6 do not propose to exert any force<br \/>\nupon either the petitioner or respondent no. 7 and they have no<br \/>\nobjection to respondent no. 7 deciding her own course of action.<br \/>\nAccordingly, the petition is disposed and rule is discharged with the<br \/>\ndirection that respondent no. 7 shall be free to return to her place<br \/>\nof residence and live at such place and in such manner as she herself<br \/>\ndecides.
