If, the petitioners are desirous of getting such<br \/>\nlicense and or renewal, if so permitted, shall apply to the Port<br \/>\nTrust, as and when such applications are called for. Learned Counsel<br \/>\nfor the Kandla Port Trust submitted that, if such an application is<br \/>\nmade, same shall be considered in accordance with the rules,<br \/>\nregulations, provisions and policies of the Port Trust.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIn view of the<br \/>\nabove, these petitions are disposed of. Notice in each petition is<br \/>\ndischarged.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tSince, the main<br \/>\nmatters are disposed of, civil applications shall not survive, they<br \/>\nalso stand disposed of, accordingly.
