The Under Secretary, Rural Development Department (REO)\n                     Government of Bihar, Patna.\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   1.10.2010                When the writ was filed there were various kind of disputes<\/p>\n<p>                   with regard to the period which was required to be regularized by way<\/p>\n<p>                   of leave etc. in the stated circumstances. From the counter affidavit it<\/p>\n<p>                   emerges that most of the period has been sorted out. Only issue left<\/p>\n<p>                   now is for the period 5.2.2004 to 23.4.2004. This is the only period<\/p>\n<p>                   which has not been accounted for. Explanation of the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                   this period should be treated waiting for posting in the circumstance that<\/p>\n<p>                   the order of suspension stood withdrawn but not communicated to him<\/p>\n<p>                   for a long period of time. The petitioner received this communication<\/p>\n<p>                   only on 24.4.2004.
