Justice K.SURENDRA MOHAN\n\n Dated :08\/09\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n       PIUS C.KURIAKOSE &amp; K.SURENDRA MOHAN, JJ.\n                      ------------------------\n                    L.A.A.No.1018 OF 2009\n                      ------------------------\n\n            Dated this the 8thday of September, 2009\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Pius C.Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Having gone through the impugned judgment and having<\/p>\n<p>considered the submissions addressed by Sri.P.K.Babu, learned<\/p>\n<p>senior Government Pleader and having taken into account the<\/p>\n<p>decision of this court pertaining to acquisition of property in the<\/p>\n<p>same village, we are of the view that enhancement granted by<\/p>\n<p>the reference court under the impugned judgment is by no<\/p>\n<p>standard excessive.      We do not find any justification for<\/p>\n<p>entertaining this appeal.
