RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                        ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                                B.A. No. 1739 OF 2007 B\n\n                        ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                        Dated this the 22nd day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                In  this  Petition  filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.  the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who   is   the   first   accused   in   Crime   No.86\/07   of   East   Police   Station,<\/p>\n<p>Kollam for   offences punishable under Secs.498A, 337 and 511 of 313<\/p>\n<p>read   with   section   34   I.P.C.,   seeks   his     enlargement   on   bail.     The<\/p>\n<p>marriage   between   the   petitioner   and   Shaheena,   the   defacto<\/p>\n<p>complainant,   took   place   on   26.10.06.     The   petitioner   was  arrested   on<\/p>\n<p>1.3.07 and ever since he has been in custody.<\/p>\n<p>        2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.      Having regard to the nature of the  offences, the duration of<\/p>\n<p>judicial custody of the petitioner and the other circumstances of the case<\/p>\n<p>etc.,     I   am   inclined   to   grant   bail   to   the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is  directed to be released on bail on his  executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p>for   the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.-II,   Kollam   and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                  1.        The   petitioner   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                  Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.   and   11<\/p>\n<p>                  a.m. on  all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>BA.1739\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                          : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               2.      The   petitioner   shall   make   himself<\/p>\n<p>               available   for   interrogation   as   and     when<\/p>\n<p>               required  by  the  police  till  the  filing   of  the  final<\/p>\n<p>               report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                3.        The     petitioner   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>                intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>                he   attempt to         tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>                the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                 4.       The   petitioner   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>                 offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       If  the   petitioner  commits   breach  of   any  of  the  above  conditions,<\/p>\n<p>the bail granted to him  shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>       This application is allowed as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                        (V.
