Investigation is at the concluding<br \/>\nstage and as soon as possible, charge-sheet would be filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAt<br \/>\nthis stage, counsel for the petitioner submitted that though<br \/>\nanticipatory bail application of the accused no.1 was rejected, he is<br \/>\nso far not arrested. He further submitted that there is sufficient<br \/>\nevidence to involve all accused and the petitioner would supply such<br \/>\nmaterial to the Investigating Agency.
