The<br \/>\n\tpetition came to be filed in the year 2002 and by afflux of time,<br \/>\n\tpending the petition, the said period of five years is over.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\n\tthese circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in examining<br \/>\n\tthe questions, which are raised in the petition for academic<br \/>\n\tpurpose, as the petition has become infructuous by afflux of time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHence,<br \/>\n\tthe petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
