No.34907 of 2010\n                                  SANJAY KUMAR\n                                        Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -------\n<\/pre>\n<p> 02.      23.09.2010           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner   was   earlier   granted   the   privilege   of<\/p>\n<p>                       anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.08.2010 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                       Misc. No. 21185 of 2010.
