I   do   not   find   any   reason   for<\/p>\n<p>denying   relief   to   the   petitioner.     Pursuant   to   the   interim   order,<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   has   received   substantial   portion   of   the   amounts<\/p>\n<p>due to him.
