The writ petition was filed by<\/p>\n<p>                   her for the same relief which was rejected by the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Single Judge. Being aggrieved by the same the<\/p>\n<p>                   present L.P.A. has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             During course of argument a solution has<\/p>\n<p>                   been made by this Court that in view of the direction<\/p>\n<p>                   issued by the learned Single Judge to consider<\/p>\n<p>                   application of the appellants for grant of ex-gratia<\/p>\n<p>                   amount the learned standing counsel appearing for<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       the Bank has handedover a Demand Draft issued by<\/p>\n<p>       S.B.I., Goraul Branch bearing no. 196194 dated<\/p>\n<p>       25.07.2011 drawn in favour of Smt. Meena Devi<\/p>\n<p>       (appellant no.1), W\/o Late Shatrughan Jha to the tune<\/p>\n<p>       of Rs. 6,00000\/- (Six Lakhs) for the death of her Late<\/p>\n<p>       husband Shatrughan Jha and the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>       appearing for the appellants has also accepted the ex-<\/p>\n<p>       gratia amount of Rs. 6,00000\/- today in open Court.<\/p>\n<p>                Recording the same this       L.P.A. stands<\/p>\n<p>       disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   (T.
