GAUTAM THAKUR @ GAUTAM KUMAR THAKUR\n         BOTH SONS OF RAVINDRA THAKUR, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE GAURA, P.S.\n    TEGHRA, DISTRICT- BEGUSARAI.                             -------PETITIONERS\n                                             Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2     07.03.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioners are apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                      in a case registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 341,<\/p>\n<p>                      323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 448 and 504 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                      Penal Code and 3\/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                It is alleged that the petitioners have abused<\/p>\n<p>                      and assaulted the informant. There is specific<\/p>\n<p>                      accusation against Sushil Thakur @ Sushil Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                      Thakur and Pashupati Thakur who are the petitioners in<\/p>\n<p>                      Cr. Misc. No. 2682 of 2011. There is specific allegation<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>of assault by Farsa and Garasa against Pashupati<\/p>\n<p>Thakur and Sushil Thakur @ sushil Kumar Thakur.<\/p>\n<p>This court is not inclined to interfere.<\/p>\n<p>            Let these two petitioners surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>learned court below.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Let learned court below consider the regular<\/p>\n<p>bail application of these two petitioners if they<\/p>\n<p>surrender within the period of four weeks considering<\/p>\n<p>the fact that there is a case and counter case and there is<\/p>\n<p>no allegation of repetition of blow and dispose off their<\/p>\n<p>regular bail application preferably on the same day, if<\/p>\n<p>possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>    Let the two petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 2685\/2011<\/p>\n<p>and Ravindra Thakur, petitioner of Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>2682\/2011, against whom there is general allegation of<\/p>\n<p>assault, keeping in view that there is a counter version<\/p>\n<p>of the occurrence also and petitioners of Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>2685\/ 2011 and Ravindra Thakur have to appear at the<\/p>\n<p>examination of Intermediate and B.A., be released on<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the learned Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>             the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>             Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with<\/p>\n<p>             Teghra P.S.
