What \u00a0 complainant \u00a0 demanded \u00a0 through \u00a0 his \u00a0 RTI\u00adapplication \u00a0 dated\u00a0<br \/>\n10.09.2009\u00a0was\u00a0the\u00a0justification\u00a0which\u00a0prompted\u00a0a\u00a0Fast\u00a0Track\u00a0Committee\u00a0<br \/>\nto \u00a0 recommend \u00a0 and \u00a0 the \u00a0 government \u00a0 to \u00a0 accept \u00a0 the \u00a0 recommendation \u00a0 to\u00a0<br \/>\ngrant \u00a0 Rs.800\/\u00ad \u00a0 per \u00a0 month \u00a0 as \u00a0 Coast \u00a0 Guard \u00a0 Yatrik \u00a0 Pay \u00a0 to \u00a0 Coast \u00a0 Guard\u00a0<br \/>\nEngineering\u00a0diploma\u00adholders.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      Respondents\u00a0explained\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0reasons,\u00a0if\u00a0any,\u00a0were\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0found\u00a0in\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 report \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 Fast \u00a0 Track \u00a0 Committee, \u00a0 which, \u00a0 on \u00a0 admission \u00a0 by \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\ncomplainant,\u00a0he\u00a0already\u00a0has.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     From \u00a0 what \u00a0 I \u00a0 could \u00a0 understand \u00a0 from \u00a0 the \u00a0 submissions \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\ncomplainant,\u00a0he\u00a0was\u00a0interested\u00a0in\u00a0being\u00a0informed\u00a0as\u00a0to\u00a0how\u00a0and\u00a0why\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\nfigure\u00a0of\u00a0Rs.800\/\u00ad\u00a0was\u00a0recommended\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Fast\u00a0Track\u00a0Committee\u00a0and\u00a0<br \/>\nadopted\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0government.\u00a0\u00a0He\u00a0wants\u00a0the\u00a0reasons\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0deduced\u00a0from\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC_AT_C_2010_900285_M_44861.doc\u00a0<br \/>\n                                                                           Page\u00a01\u00a0of\u00a02<br \/>\n the \u00a0 files \u00a0 and \u00a0 documents \u00a0 held \u00a0 in \u00a0 this \u00a0 regard \u00a0 and \u00a0 provided \u00a0 to \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\ncomplainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
