Heard       learned     counsels       for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioner       has    renewed       his<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer for anticipatory bail in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 326 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Section 7 of the Essential<\/p>\n<p>                   Commodities Act on the ground that other<\/p>\n<p>                   accused,      namely,      Vijay    Prasad       Gupta    has<\/p>\n<p>                   been     granted       anticipatory       bail    by     this<\/p>\n<p>                   Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12197 of 2011 on<\/p>\n<p>                   19.04.2011        subsequent        to    rejection        of<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory        bail       application        of     this<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Let     the      learned        court        below<\/p>\n<p>                   consider the regular bail application of<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner in view of the fact that<\/p>\n<p>                   other accused has been granted anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                   bail and pass appropriate order for release<\/p>\n<p>                   of      the      petitioner        on     regular        bail<\/p>\n<p>                   preferably        on     the     same     day      if     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner surrenders and prays for regular<\/p>\n<p>                   bail within a period of six weeks.<\/p>\n<p>                              With    the     above    observation,         this<\/p>\n<p>                   application is disposed off.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                Let   the   order    be   faxed    to    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection<\/p>\n<p>        with Lakhisarai P.S.
