Desai for the petitioner seeks permission to<br \/>\nwithdraw these petitions in light of the order dated 22.07.2004<br \/>\npassed in Letters Patent Appeal Nos. 581 and 582 of 2001 in Special<br \/>\nCivil Application Nos. 1659 and 1657 of 2001 which are cognate<br \/>\nmatters, reserving liberty to raise all available contentions before<br \/>\nthe authority on the point of unreasonable delay in issuing the<br \/>\nnotice under Section 8AA of the Bombay Prevention of Fragmentation<br \/>\nand Consolidation Act and other contentions on merits with a request<br \/>\nthat the authority may decide the matter strictly in accordance with<br \/>\nlaw after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner<br \/>\nand without being influenced by the observations made in the order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAGP Mr. A.J. Desai for respondent No.1 and learned advocate Mr. Sunil<br \/>\nC.
