Petition  is<\/p>\n<p>filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>Procedure  to consider application for bail<\/p>\n<p>on the date of surrender as non bailable<\/p>\n<p>warrant is pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. If the offence is under Section<\/p>\n<p>323 of Indian Penal Code as claimed, I find<\/p>\n<p>no reason to believe that Magistrate will<\/p>\n<p>not release the petitioner. When an accused<\/p>\n<p>surrenders and files an application for<\/p>\n<p>bail, Magistrate is expected to pass orders<\/p>\n<p>in the application without delay. I find no<\/p>\n<p>reason to believe that the Magistrate                        is<\/p>\n<p>Crmc 1016\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>unaware      of  the  provisions   of  law  or  the<\/p>\n<p>decisions of this court or the Apex court or<\/p>\n<p>that the Magistrate will not act in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with law.
