Opposite Party\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>               For the petitioner : Mr. Shiv Shankar Sharma, Advocate<br \/>\n               For the State      : Mrs. Anita Kumar, A.P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                &#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>\n2   13.01.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered for offences punishable under sections 406,<\/p>\n<p>                   408, 420, 467, 468, 384, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>                   he is not named in the first information report and there<\/p>\n<p>                   is no allegation against him for mis-appropriation of the<\/p>\n<p>                   fund of the Indira Awas Yojna.         However,      it is<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted that during the course of interrogation, it has<\/p>\n<p>                   been stated by one of the beneficiaries that some rupees<\/p>\n<p>                   has been given by him to the petitioner for the purposes<\/p>\n<p>                   of opening account.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Having    considered    the   facts   and    the<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        namely, Bimal Thakur in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n<p>        surrender by him within four weeks, be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n<p>        on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>        Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>        the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa,<\/p>\n<p>        in connection with Bihra P.S.
