Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :07\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ===============\n                W.P.(C) NO. 33103 OF 2007 N\n               =====================\n\n          Dated this the 7th day of November, 2007\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Although the petitioner has not produced any documents or<\/p>\n<p>evidence in support of his plea that his Mini Lorry bearing No.KL-<\/p>\n<p>7 H 3312 has been seized by any of the respondents, he seeks<\/p>\n<p>release of the vehicle on the allegation that it has been seized.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner submits that proceedings are pending before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent and that orders have not been passed in terms of<\/p>\n<p>Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act<\/p>\n<p>and Rules, 2001. As at present, I am not inclined to release the<\/p>\n<p>vehicle conditionally or otherwise, since even according to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, proceedings are yet to be completed by the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
