In regard this name, appellant had never conjecture so far in regard charge leveled against him.\n         Applicant contended that appointment of S.M... to be done by SG and ASI not by SI.\n     6. Yes opportunity had been given.\n     7. What type of information has been requested by the applicant? This questionis not clear.\n     8. Yes as per record.\n     9. Draft Chargesheet and Performa supplied by the department that the name of applicant is\n         Dharmender Yadav.\n     10. No comment. This question does not fall in the RTI, Act.\n     11. No comments, draft charge sheet and Performa supplied by the department speaks that the name of\n         applicant is Dharmender Yadav.\n     12. As per record, no such type objection raised by the applicant.\n     13. This question does not comes under the RTI Act.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply was given to the appellant by the PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n       \"The appellant filed an appeal dated 25-05-2011 received in the office of the undersigned on 27-\n05-2011 in respect of his RTI application dated 18-04-2011 received in this office on 26-04-2011. During\nthe course of hearing on 30-06-2011 the appellant stated that he has not received any information from the\nPIO\/Vig. The PIO\/ Vigilance has stated that the report from the legal cell has been received now and the\nreply will be sent to the applicant.\"\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory information had been provided by the PIO.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Dharamvir Singh;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Appellant admits that he has been sent some information after the order of the FAA. He would<br \/>\nnow like to inspect the records and take copies of records which he wants.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the Appellant on<br \/>\n12 September 2011 from 10.30AM onwards at the office of the PIO. In case there are any records or file<br \/>\nwhich the appellant believes should exist, which are not shown to him, he will give this in writing to the<br \/>\nPIO at the time of inspection and the PIO will either give the files\/records or give it in writing that such<br \/>\nfiles\/records do not exist.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the relevant records by the<br \/>\nAppellant on 12 September 2011 from 10.30AM onwards.
