Therefore, a request for adjournment is made on behalf of<br \/>\nthe Official Liquidator.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFurthermore,<br \/>\nMr. Rao, learned advocate, has submitted that the original owner of<br \/>\nthe property in question intends to file an application with a<br \/>\nrequest to be impleaded as a party opponent in present proceedings.<br \/>\nHe submitted that the original owner would be filing the said<br \/>\napplication in the Registry either on Monday or Tuesday i.e. 17th<br \/>\nOctober, 2011 or 18th October, 2011 and that the hearing<br \/>\nof present application may be taken-up along with the said proposed<br \/>\napplication. On such ground, he requested that present matter may be<br \/>\nadjourned to any date after 18th October, 2011. Mr.<br \/>\nRituraj M. Meena, learned advocate for the GIDC and Mr.R.D.
