Tiwary, APP<br \/>\n                                        *****<\/p>\n<p>02.   16.06.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner, who is one of the named accused<\/p>\n<p>                    in this case being father-in-law of the deceased daughter<\/p>\n<p>                    of the informant who lost her life within five years of her<\/p>\n<p>                    marriage under some unnatural circumstances. Whatever<\/p>\n<p>                    appears from the First Information Report and the order of<\/p>\n<p>                    the court below may be considered against non-petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody<\/p>\n<p>                    since 22.02.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case, let the petitioner namely, Manna Lal, be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                    bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>                    only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Danapur, Patna, in connection<\/p>\n<p>                    with Khagaul P.S.
