He had been working in that<\/p>\n<p>particular Devaswom from 1.6.2002. He applied for a<\/p>\n<p>transfer during General Transfer 2005 to           Evoor Sree<\/p>\n<p>Krishna Swamy Temple. Petitioner alleges that at that<\/p>\n<p>point of time it was denied because of the influence of the<\/p>\n<p>4th respondent. He approached this Court by filing WPC<\/p>\n<p>No.10248 of 2005 which was disposed of by Exhibit-P1<\/p>\n<p>judgment. Again, the request was rejected as per Exhibit-<\/p>\n<p>P2 which the petitioner has challenged in WPC No.35503<\/p>\n<p>of 2005 .\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Petitioner contends that he has             already<\/p>\n<p>completed        three   years     from         15.12.2005  in<\/p>\n<p>Chettikulangara Devi Temple. Therefore he has applied<\/p>\n<p>for a transfer as per Exhibit-P3         and for appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders during the General Transfer March-April 2009.<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No.8597 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      3.     Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>3rd respondent may be directed to take a decision on<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit-P3 in accordance with the guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>      4.
