RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                  BAIL APPLICATION NO. 7603  OF 2006\n\n                - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n             DATED THIS THE 21ST  DAY OF DECEMBER, 2006\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is<\/p>\n<p>the 1st  accused in Crime No.52\/06   of   Veeyapuram Police Station for<\/p>\n<p>offences   punishable   under   Sections   294(b),   324   and   332   read   with<\/p>\n<p>section   34   I.P.C.   and   section   3(1)   of   the   P.D.P.P.Act,   seeks<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.      Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations   levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the  petitioner  and the other  circumstances of the  case,  I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction   is   issued   to   the   officer-in-charge   of   the   police   station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month<\/p>\n<p>in   the   event   of   his   arrest   in   connection   with   the   above   case   on   his<\/p>\n<p>executing   a   bond   for   Rs.10,000\/-   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for<\/p>\n<p>the like amount to the satisfaction of the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                1.      Petitioner   shall   report   before   the   Investigating<\/p>\n<p>                Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<pre>B.A.NO.7603\/06                       Page numbers\n\n\n\n              2.     The   petitioner   shall   make     himself   available   for\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>              interrogation as and when  required by the  Investigating<\/p>\n<p>              Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3.       The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>              prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<\/p>\n<p>              the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              4.       Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any   offence   while   on<\/p>\n<p>              bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
