The   petitioner\/tenant   will   surrender   the   vacant<\/p>\n<p>possession   of   the   building   and   the   appurtenant   land   to   the<\/p>\n<p>respondent within three months from today.<\/p>\n<p>      2.      Towards the arrears of land, petitioner\/tenant agrees<\/p>\n<p>to   pay   Rs.10,000\/-   (Rs.   Ten   thousand   only)   to   the<\/p>\n<p>respondent\/landlord  in  full  and  final  settlement   of  his  claim  for<\/p>\n<p>arrears of rent.    Out  of Rs. 10,000\/-, the petitioner\/tenant need<\/p>\n<p>pay   only   Rs.5,000\/-   (Rs.   Five   thousand)   within   one   month   from<\/p>\n<p>today.  The deposit admittedly made by the tenant at the time of<\/p>\n<p>taking the building on rent will be adjusted towards the balance<\/p>\n<p>amount of Rs.5,000\/-.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.      The tenant undertakes not to cause any damage to the<\/p>\n<p>building or the land and will surrender the building and land in<\/p>\n<p>the condition in which it is at present standing.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">C.R.P.No.23\/2006                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      4.    If   any   of   the   above   conditions   are   not   complied   with<\/p>\n<p>by   the   tenant   within   the   time   allowed,   the   C.R.P   will   stand<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.
