Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :19\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                W.P.(C) NO. 8822 OF 2009 (W)\n                =====================\n\n           Dated this the 19th day of March, 2009\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner submits that the 1st respondent has issued Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>patta dated 29\/8\/2001. According to the petitioner, while<\/p>\n<p>constructing the compound enclosing the property, it came to<\/p>\n<p>her knowledge that she was in possession of an excess area<\/p>\n<p>of .75 cents.    It is stated that thereupon she filed Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>application before the 1st respondent requesting that the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid excess area of .75 cents may be assigned to her.<\/p>\n<p>Orders have not been passed on the said application. However,<\/p>\n<p>in the meantime, petitioner apprehends that steps are being<\/p>\n<p>taken to dispossess her from the aforesaid land. It is in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The above being the grievance of the writ petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>at this stage, the appropriate order to be passed is to direct the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent to pass orders on Ext.P4 application for<\/p>\n<p>assignment keeping in abeyance further proceedings to<\/p>\n<p>dispossess the petitioner or to cause damage to the property in<\/p>\n<p>her possession.\n<\/p>\n<p>WPC 8822\/09<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     3.
