The<br \/>\nlearned Magistrate has examined  all  relevant  aspects of the matter<br \/>\nand found that the case is required to be tried before the Sessions<br \/>\nCourt being a sessions triable case.  He, therefore, committed the<br \/>\ncase for sessions trial.  No infirmity in the impugned order is<br \/>\nfound.
