Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :19\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 8838 OF 2009 (Y)\n                =====================\n\n           Dated this the 19th day of March, 2009\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The allegation in this writ petition is that the respondents<\/p>\n<p>are attempting to trespass into the petitioner&#8217;s property covered<\/p>\n<p>by Ext.P1 gift deed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Evidently, the dispute is purely one of civil nature and the<\/p>\n<p>remedy lies before the Civil Court.
