Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :22\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                 W.P ( C) No. 28101 of 2008\n                      --------------------------\n            Dated this the 22nd September, 2008\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is the registered owner of        a stage<\/p>\n<p>carriage bearing registration No.KL 19\/AD 9045 which is<\/p>\n<p>stated to be covered with a regular interstate permit on<\/p>\n<p>the route Mangalore-Madur Temple. According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner,   interstate permit is being issued subject to<\/p>\n<p>the payment of tax to the Government of Karnataka as<\/p>\n<p>well as the Government of Kerala. But the permit is not<\/p>\n<p>included in the interstate agreement in question when<\/p>\n<p>he had come up for renewal. Petitioner submits that if<\/p>\n<p>the permit is included in the interstate agreement<\/p>\n<p>between the State of Karnataka and State of Kerala, then<\/p>\n<p>he will be in a position to continue to operate the vehicle<\/p>\n<p>on the interstate permit.       A similar matter has been<\/p>\n<p>considered    by   this    Court     in    Ext.P3 judgment.<\/p>\n<p>Representations filed by the petitioner before the<\/p>\n<p>Government as Exts.P1 and P2 are pending consideration.<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No. 28101 of 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      2.     I heard learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
