The<br \/>\n\tquestion raised and involved in present petition would require<br \/>\n\tdetailed examination.  Hence, Rule.  Whatever selection\/appointment<br \/>\n\tis subject to result of present petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tis open for petitioner to submit his application for post of<br \/>\n\tAssistant Manager as per advertisement dated 2\/2\/2011 page 8 without<br \/>\n\tprejudice to his rights and contentions raised in present petition.<br \/>\n\tIn case if respondent receive such application from petitioner, let<br \/>\n\trespondent may consider it according to Recruitment Rules.
