Against the same, the petitioner-firm filed its<br \/>\nobjection vide letter dated 22.07.2005. However, the petitioner was<br \/>\nserved with the final assessment vide order dated 30.09.2005<br \/>\ndirecting to pay the amount in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tBeing<br \/>\naggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the<br \/>\nappellate authority of the respondent-Company. However, the said<br \/>\nappeal came to be rejected vide order dated 08.02.2006. Hence, this<br \/>\npetition.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents<br \/>\non record. At the relevant time, the petitioner-firm was allotted 2.0<br \/>\nK.W of energy, which was the sanctioned load. However, on inspection,<br \/>\nthe total load was found to be 11.185 K.W., meaning thereby, that<br \/>\nthere was an excess load of 9.185 K.W., which was being used<br \/>\nunauthorizedly. Therefore, the petitioner-firm was served with the<br \/>\nimpugned supplementary bill. Apart from that in the proceedings<br \/>\nbefore the appellate authority of the respondent-Company, the<br \/>\npetitioner has admitted the fact that the alleged irregularity had<br \/>\nbeen done but, unknowingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tLooking<br \/>\nto the facts of the case and the documents on record, I am of the<br \/>\nview that the respondent-Company was completely justified in issuing<br \/>\nthe impugned supplementary bill to the petitioner. Hence, I find no<br \/>\nreasons to interfere in this petition under Article 226 of the<br \/>\nConstitution of India.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tFor<br \/>\nthe foregoing reasons, the petition is dismissed.
