Patepur, District Vaishali.\n                                                                            -------Petitioners\n                                                  Versus\n                       The State Of Bihar\n                                                                       -----Opposite Party\n                                             -----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   14\/11\/2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with<\/p>\n<p>                     carbon\/xerox copy of the case diary up to paragraph &#8211; 80 dated<\/p>\n<p>                     02.10.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The   petitioners   apprehending   their   arrest   in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with a case registered for the offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>                     under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code, are named accused in this case of assault due to<\/p>\n<p>                     some petty land dispute.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Submission is that in fact, this case has been<\/p>\n<p>                     instituted in retaliation of earlier case i.e. Patepur P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                     76 of 2011 instituted at the instance of petitioner no. 1, wherein,<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners sustained some injuries, though simple and in the<\/p>\n<p>                     instant case also the injured appears sustaining some simple<\/p>\n<p>                     injuries on non-vital parts of the body.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                     within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged<\/p>\n<p>                     on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<br \/>\n             only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>            satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2011, G.R.
