HEMA, J.\n\n                   ------------------------------------------\n                  Bail Appl.No. 3716 of 2008\n                   ------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 27th day of June, 2008.\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. The alleged offences are under Sections 489-B and<\/p>\n<p>C read with Section        34 of IPC.          Petitioner was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>29.3.2008. He is in custody for the past 98 days. Hence, this<\/p>\n<p>petition is not opposed. Petitioner is granted bail on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            i)   Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                 with two solvent sureties each for the like sum<\/p>\n<p>                 to the satisfaction of the court below.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            ii)  Petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>                 investigating officer on every Monday and<\/p>\n<p>                 Thursday between 10 AM and 1 PM until<\/p>\n<p>                 further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            Iii)  Petitioner shall not influence, threaten           or<\/p>\n<p>                 intimidate any witness and in case of breach<\/p>\n<p>                 of this condition, bail is liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>      Petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                       K.
