Sanchela for petitioner, learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.D.G.Shukla for respondent No.1, who has filed<br \/>\naffidavit-in-reply against present petition which is at Page-108. On<br \/>\nbehalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3, learned Advocate General Mr.Kamal<br \/>\nTrivedi is appearing. However, there is no reply on behalf of<br \/>\nrespondent Nos.2 and 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, the matter is adjourned to 26.7.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tMeantime,<br \/>\nrespondent Nos.2 and 3 may file affidavit-in-reply, if they so<br \/>\ndesired, on or before 26.7.2011, with an advance copy to other side.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Sanchela for petitioner submitted that present petitioner<br \/>\nhas made application to the Gujarat Public Service Commission on<br \/>\n26.2.2008 and 13.4.2011 wherein a specific stand has been taken that<br \/>\npetitioner is belonged to schedule tribe and in similar case of<br \/>\nMr.Parbatbhai Amrabhai Chavada, such benefit is extended by the<br \/>\nGujarat Public Service Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Shukla appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 also makes<br \/>\nit clear that aforesaid statement of facts have been denied by<br \/>\nrespondent No.1 in affidavit-in-reply.
