UMESH CHOUDHARY\n                                    Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   16.03.2011                The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 &amp;<\/p>\n<p>                   120B of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It is alleged against Newajee Rishi that he got<\/p>\n<p>                   sanctioned amount withdrawn under Indira Awas Scheme in<\/p>\n<p>                   the name of informant&#8217;s wife and mother-in-law. The other<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners are Panchayat Sewak or Officers of the block or<\/p>\n<p>                   the doctor who attested the accounts of beneficiaries. It is<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted that Newajee Rishi has deposited back the alleged<\/p>\n<p>                   amount.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Without expressing any opinion on the merits<\/p>\n<p>                   of the case, let all the petitioners deposit Rs.24,000\/- each<\/p>\n<p>                   before the learned Court-below within a period of eight<\/p>\n<p>                   weeks, which will be invested in some fix deposit scheme<\/p>\n<p>                   which will be subject to the disposal of the case. On such<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       deposit, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their<\/p>\n<p>       arrest or surrender before the Court-below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>       12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n<p>       furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with<\/p>\n<p>       two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>       Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Falka<\/p>\n<p>       P.S. Case No. 165 of 2010, G.R.
