No.19299 of 2011\n                                      Babloo Kumar\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    28.6.2011              Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                            No    doubt       petitioner   is    on    footing      of<\/p>\n<p>                 Raju Kumar who has been allowed bail by a Bench<\/p>\n<p>                 of this Court vide Cr.Misc.No. 45183 of 2010 but<\/p>\n<p>                 it appears that there was some wrong submission<\/p>\n<p>                 made   while      the    bail    was    granted      to     the   co-<\/p>\n<p>                 accused as that is to the effect that the only<\/p>\n<p>                 material        was     confessional      statement         of    co-<\/p>\n<p>                 accused while this petitioner as well as co-<\/p>\n<p>                 accused    Raju       Kumar     are    named   in     the    F.I.R.<\/p>\n<p>                 showing their active participation in committing<\/p>\n<p>                 crime of robbing the informant and his friend on<\/p>\n<p>                 road after the sunset.
