Daulti Devi, wife of Ramnandan Mistri\n                     All of resident of village - Ven, P.S. - Silao, District -\n                     Nalanda.\n                                                             ------- Petitioners.\n                                            Versus\n               The State of Bihar                      -------Opposite Party\n                                             *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>               For the petitioners :     Mr. Raj Kishor Prasad, Adv.<br \/>\n               For the Sate        :     Mr. Parmanand Prasad, APP<br \/>\n                                             *****<\/p>\n<p>02.   26.08.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                   in connection with Complaint Case No. 240C\/2008,<\/p>\n<p>                   pending in the court of Sri Manoj Kumar No. 4,<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda,<\/p>\n<p>                   are named accused in this complaint case with<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation of snatching some cash and kind from the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Submission is that parties are agnates.<\/p>\n<p>                   The petitioner no. 1 has already filed complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                   no. 161(C) of 2008 against the prosecution side in<\/p>\n<p>                   retaliation of the present case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          within a period of four weeks, let the above-named<\/p>\n<p>          petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>          bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>          each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar No. 4, Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate,   1st   Class,    Biharsharif,   Nalanda,   in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Complaint Case No. 240C\/2008,<\/p>\n<p>          subject to condition under section 438(2) of the Code<\/p>\n<p>          of Criminal Procedure, and additional condition with<\/p>\n<p>          respect to petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 to attend the<\/p>\n<p>          court regularly at least for three years or till disposal<\/p>\n<p>          of the case, whichever is earlier and in the event of<\/p>\n<p>          failure on two consecutive dates, without any<\/p>\n<p>          reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall<\/p>\n<p>          be deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Rajeev\/                           ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ramnandan Mistri &amp; Ors. vs The State Of Bihar on 26 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.25919 of 2011 1.
