\nrights in   Ijoesever, writ petition was \ufb01led by this
\npetitioner in   was decided on 18.02.1979 remanding the
\nmatter by lqeashingi   Land Tribunal. During pendency of the<\/p>\n
matterbefore the during enquiry some statement is also said to have<\/p>\n
