The petitioner is the accused in<\/p>\n<p>CR. No.28 of 2008 of Kattakkada Excise Range registered alleging<\/p>\n<p>offences punishable under Section 8(1) and (2) of the Abkari Act.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner was arrested on 26.4.2008 and continues to be in<\/p>\n<p>custody from that date.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Having regard to the nature of the offences, the duration<\/p>\n<p>of judicial custody of the petitioner and other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case,  I am satisfied that this is a fit case for grant of bail.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.NO.3231\/2008                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees Twenty-five thousand<\/p>\n<p>     only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>     satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>     1. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer<br \/>\n        between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on all Mondays.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The    petitioner    shall   make    himself    available  for<br \/>\n        interrogation as and when required by the police till the<br \/>\n        filing of the final report.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n        prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<br \/>\n        the evidence of the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>     4.
