Petitioner\n                                                       Versus\n                                               The State Of Bihar\n                                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>1.      21.7.2011              The High Court records of this petition was eaten away<\/p>\n<p>                     by the white ants and it was reconstructed when a notice with<\/p>\n<p>                     regard to the same was given to the Counsels, who provided the<\/p>\n<p>                     Court with the copy of the petitions for consideration.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner has sought quashing of the First<\/p>\n<p>                     Information Report of Muffasil P.S. case No.268 of 2008 dated<\/p>\n<p>                     22.10.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Since the case is still at the stage of investigation, I am<\/p>\n<p>                     not inclined to interfere in the matter.
