Justice C.T.RAVIKUMAR\n\n Dated :09\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                             C.T.RAVIKUMAR, J.\n                             ---------------------------\n                        W.P.(C) No. 21401 OF 2010\n                              --------------------------\n                   Dated this the 9th day of July, 2010\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The petitioner was working as LPSA in Kundilparambu M.L.P<\/p>\n<p>School in Malappuram District with effect from 15.7.2006. However, the<\/p>\n<p>said appointment has not been approved so far. Against the vacancy that<\/p>\n<p>has arisen subsequently, the fifth respondent Manager has appointed<\/p>\n<p>respondents 6 to 8. The contention of the petitioner is that taking into<\/p>\n<p>account the fact that her appointment as per Ext.1 with effect from<\/p>\n<p>15.7.2006 was not approved, the Manager ought to have shifted the lien<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner against one of the vacancies arisen subsequent to her<\/p>\n<p>appointment before appointing respondents 6 to 8. Raising such claims<\/p>\n<p>and contentions, the petitioner has approached the fourth respondent by<\/p>\n<p>filing Ext.P3. Since Ext.P3 is still pending before the fourth respondent,<\/p>\n<p>without making any observation as to the merits of the contentions raised<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner in this writ petition, it is disposed of with a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>fourth respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 expeditiously, at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment with notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 8.
