Heard Shri Dhananjay Kumar, learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the petitioenr and Shri Shashi<\/p>\n<p>                      Shekhar, learned A.C. to S.C.9.<\/p>\n<p>                              The    petitioner,      who    retired        with<\/p>\n<p>                      effect from 31.1.2009 as Assistant from the<\/p>\n<p>                      department     of     Health,    has    prayed        for<\/p>\n<p>                      directing     the     respondents      for       making<\/p>\n<p>                      payment of all his retiral dues. It has<\/p>\n<p>                      been stated that save and except payment of<\/p>\n<p>                      the amount of Group Insurance, nothing has<\/p>\n<p>                      been   paid    to     the   petitioner.         It    was<\/p>\n<p>                      submitted     by    learned     counsel      for      the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner     that     petitioner        has        filed<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>representation                        before          respondent<\/p>\n<p>no.4\/Principal                        Secretary,             Health<\/p>\n<p>Department, however, no decision has been<\/p>\n<p>taken till date.\n<\/p>\n<p>            With      the        consent       of   parties,       the<\/p>\n<p>writ   petition             is    being      disposed      of     with<\/p>\n<p>liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>representation               before           respondent          no.4<\/p>\n<p>within a period of six weeks from today. If<\/p>\n<p>such      representation                     is     filed,         the<\/p>\n<p>respondent no.4 is directed to examine the<\/p>\n<p>same     and          pass         appropriate         order        in<\/p>\n<p>accordance         with          law     redressing       all      the<\/p>\n<p>grievances         of        the       petitioner       within       a<\/p>\n<p>period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>filing      of        such        representation.            It     is<\/p>\n<p>directed       that         in    the    meanwhile,        all     the<\/p>\n<p>respondents including respondent no.4 shall<\/p>\n<p>take     all      steps           for     clearing        all      the<\/p>\n<p>admitted       dues.         In       case    of    refusal,       the<\/p>\n<p>respondent         no.4          is     directed     to    pass      a<\/p>\n<p>speaking order within three months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of filing of such representation. It<\/p>\n<p>is   made      clear         that       petitioner        shall     be<\/p>\n<p>entitled         to     get           admitted      interest        on<\/p>\n<p>delayed payment.
