In the  meantime, by  way  of interim order, it is<br \/>\ndirected that the action   of the respondents  of  passing  the<br \/>\nresolution  at  the  meeting  dated 27-1-2003 in respect to the<br \/>\nrecommendation  of the Standing Committee (copy whereof  is  produced<br \/>\n at  Annexure  &#8220;A&#8221;)  is  not  stayed,  but  the  same shall<br \/>\nbe  subject to further orders, which may be  passed  by  this<br \/>\nCourt herein after.  Direct service today.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn present<br \/>\nmatter, affidavit-in-reply is filed by respondent &#8211; Assistant<br \/>\nMunicipal Commissioner.
